This is my 4th year teaching at Hinsdale Central. I teach Creative Sewing, Creative Sewing Independent Study, Creative Cooking, Chef and Restaurant, Personal Perspectives, and Intro to Family and Consumer Science (sewing and foods quarter). I have also taught Consumer Economics. Other than teaching, I coach the Basketball JV Cheerleading squad (Go Red Devils!)and sponsor 24 Hour Relay. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing softball, floating on a raft in the pool, going to sporting events, boating and water skiing at our cabin in WI, traveling, sewing, and shopping. I have two ferocious cats named Jasmine and Rocky. I earned a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University in Family and Individual Development along with a Family and Consumer Science teaching certificate. I am currently attending Lewis University for a Masters in Instructional Technology.
