CaMS Department Network and Computing Resources
In my role as Networking and Security Specialist, I help maintain the firewall, Linux application servers, and high-performance compute servers on the Computer and Mathematical Sciences Department network. Contact me if you have issues or requests for any of these resources:
- Linux shell accounts for students or faculty;
- Access to the NVidia GPU cluster or high-performance server;
- Web hosting, databases, or other server applications;
- CaMS WiFi and network troubleshooting.
For Netlabs-specific questions, your best bet is to contact Prof. Eric Spangler, spangler@lewisu.edu.
On the other hand, if you are having problems with:
- The CaMS VPN;
- The CaMS Windows or Mac Labs;
- Projectors;
- Other Lewis networking or IT issues,
you should contact Lewis IT at networking@lewisu.edu.
If you’re not sure what category your request falls into, feel free to ask me and I’ll help if I can, or else point you in the right direction.
