Hi! My name is Mark O’Connor.
I decided to become a teacher when I was in high school. I had a History teacher who really inspired me to think about the world differently. He challenged me to find my voice in society and use it to make the world a better place.
I continued on that path by pursuing my degree at Illinois State University. After graduating college, I began teaching at Crete-Monee High School. I look forward to another excellent year here (this is my eighth). More recently, I have been pursuing my Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology at Lewis University.
